On-Call 24/7 Data Center Command Center Analyst

ibex is seeking a Global Command Center Analyst in the Philippines responsible for monitoring data center operations, providing customer support, and troubleshooting incidents. This role involves reacting to alarms, ensuring service level agreements are met, and documenting incidents promptly.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a 24/7 environment, strong communication skills, and basic knowledge of Data Center infrastructure. It is a shift-based role with rotating schedules.
