Omnichannel Intern
Work Mode: Hybrid. Location: Hybrid – Mexico City.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare sell-in and sell-out reports for key accounts.
- Support the administrative follow-up of key e-commerce accounts. Assist in projects related to channel optimization.
- Provide support in administrative tasks related to the area (document control, order tracking, internal coordination).
- Ensure the product catalog is updated (descriptions, images, prices, etc.).
- Conduct basic competitor analysis (pricing, promotions).
Learning Objectives for the Intern
- Learn how e-commerce works and how to manage online accounts.
- Practice analyzing sales data (sell‑in and sell‑out).
- Understand how to find opportunities to improve online sales.
- Get experience creating reports and presentations.
- Improve skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and e-commerce tools.
