RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all human and required resources within a country where the PV plants are located.
- Oversee the technical teams, their performance and efficiency.
- Ensure that plants are working smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely.
- Comply with KPI’s contractually defined with customers.
- Analyze and find solutions to technical issues that occur in a photovoltaic installation.
- Manage guarantees with suppliers.
- Comply with all company procedures and guidelines.
- Interact with construction warranty manager for the reporting and support of warranty issues.
