Role purpose:

The Talent Manager (TM) supports the Europe ACG Talent Management Team in delivering high-quality staffing, consultant development, performance management and related people processes across one or more Practices or large sub‑teams. Depending on business needs, this role may support a defined Practice directly or work alongside a TM Lead on a larger or more complex Practice.
