Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, signature drinks and beverages in line with OKU brand standards, ensuring consistency, creativity and excellence in presentation.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience at the bar, creating a welcoming, engaging and refined atmosphere.
• Ensure proper mise en place of the bar area, including preparation of ingredients, garnishes, syrups and infusions before, during and after service.
