Okta IAM Analyst
Overview
Execute configurations, data analysis, and deployments related to MFA improvements, Okta hardening, and ITP implementation.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain MFA usage analytics
- Automate data collection and normalization
- Support population segmentation implementation
- Configure and deploy Okta hardening settings
- Implement changes using Terraform
- Participate in OIE migration activities
- Configure and support ITP module deployment
- Analyze results and contribute to Go / No-Go recommendation
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Okta (configuration & operations)
- Experience with Terraform / IaC
- Strong analytical skills (KPIs, reporting, dashboards)
- Experience with identity & access management (IAM)
