Oil & Gas Proposal Lead — Remote & Flexible Hours

Técnicas Reunidas is seeking a Proposal Manager in Madrid to lead internal tender preparations for oil & gas projects. You will coordinate across departments to assemble technical and commercial proposals, ensuring completeness of documentation and alignment with client requirements.

The role requires 7–10 years in a similar position, strong English skills, and willingness to travel abroad. Two remote work days per week and comprehensive benefits are offered.
