Responsibilities
- Coordinate with all departments within the company for all offshore-related scope of the project.
- Assist OCM in preparing requirement and technical evaluation of offshore materials and expedite the delivery, receipt at stores and approval of MRV of these materials.
- Assist OCM in providing input for weekly and monthly report and attend meetings with client.
- Assist OCM in liaising with third party agency on offshore execution related issues.
- Assist OCM in Liaising with marine warranty surveyors on all issues related to marine / construction aspects of the work such as document review, approval, attendance during load‑out, towing and offshore installation.
- Attend weekly meetings with OOD / OCM to discuss progress and areas of concern.
- Insure implementation of the project safety plan and the company HSEMS.
