Officer, Palm Center for Ethical Leadership at The Palm Center for Ethical Leadership(PCEL)

Palm University College has established the Center for Ethical Leadership (CEL) in Accra, with a mission to produce educated, ethical, and excellent leaders in Africa. The Center aims to attract, nurture, and grow a community of practicing ethical leaders who exhibit integrity in all aspects of their lives and professions. It leads the fight against unethical leadership behavior and corruption in society, advocating for ethical leadership in workplaces, homes, churches, and beyond.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Officer at The Palm Center for Ethical Leadership (PCEL) in Accra. The Officer will be responsible for leading programs, activities, and research initiatives to equip and train individuals in practicing ethical and excellent leadership. Daily tasks include managing community engagement, conducting research on ethical leadership, advocating for ethical behaviors, and ensuring accountability among members of the Center.
