Learning & Development Officer

Universal Robina Corporation is looking for a Learning & Development Officer. The Learning and Development (L&D) Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development initiatives that support organizational capability building and business objectives. The role partners with leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs, develop effective learning solutions, manage learning programs, and drive employee development initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps across functions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities and workforce requirements.
• Analyze training data and feedback to recommend appropriate learning interventions and development strategies.
