Officer, Design and Construction - Edmonton, AB

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Design and Construction Officer to support our client's growing operations across Western Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading infrastructure organization and contribute to rail capacity expansion projects that play a critical role in Canada's transportation network.

This role is ideal for an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) looking to build hands‑on experience in project management, design, and construction within a dynamic and safety‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Design & Construction team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and support project execution
• Support in‑service projects and scheduled work blocks (including occasional off‑hour work)
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including municipalities, utilities, and government agencies
