About the role
This role is responsible for providing high-quality procurement and contract administration support to projects by preparing tender packages, managing contract documentation, completing system processes in Felix and JDE, and supporting internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant contract execution
In this role, you will:
Complete Supplier Setup forms and progress Felix approvals for new suppliers.Liaise with the Supply Chain team where required.Draft Reconciliation forms and ensure compliance with internal procedures.Raise JDE orders in accordance with approved Agreements.Maintain JDE logs and ensure accuracy in the Subcontract Management Workbench.Ensure subcontractors and suppliers maintain current insurance certificates in Felix.Monitor insurance expiry and follow up with vendors to maintain compliance.
