Role Purpose:

The Access Management Control Officer supports the banks access management and control by performing activities related to user provisioning deprovisioning and access maintenance access reviews as per AMC SOP. This role helps ensure that users receive the correct system access based on their job responsibilities and user access matrix while maintaining accurate records following defined approval workflows and assisting with periodic access reviews.

Key Accountabilities of the role

1. Support provisioning deprovisioning transfers staff and access maintenance activities within the identity lifecycle management process (IDAM + manual workflows.
2. Handle branches transfer requests through IDAM Portal.
