Responsibilities
- Prepares sales invoice and packing list based on sales order entry prepared by sales department concerned.
- Ensure accurate and complete information are captured and entered to system.
- Ensure that all queries of customers, dealers as well as agent are address on-time.
- Provide support to the department in conducing periodic review of system and procedures to ensure appropriateness of the same to the organizational needs, standards, and objectives.
- Perform other tasks/duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Operations Management/Office Administration or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience in a similar administrative or office support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
