Support the setup and daily coordination of the new Barcelona office. Ensure a professional, welcoming, and brand-aligned workplace environment. Coordinate meeting rooms, catering, supplies, equipment, access pins, and visitors. Liaise with internal teams and partners to resolve operational requests. Events & employee experience. Coordinate team buildings, company meetings, trainings, workshops, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
Manage the full event cycle: planning, invitations, suppliers, logistics, execution, and follow-up. Support congresses, trade fairs, customer meetings, and brand activations. Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with company standards.
Travel & logistics. Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and stakeholders when required. Manage flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, transfers, and related logistics. Prepare itineraries, confirmations, travel documentation, and last‑minute changes.
