We are currently recruiting for a full-time Office Services Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will report to the Office Services Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, prepare courier packages, and distribute deliveries throughout the office.
- Support practice groups, legal professionals, and administrative teams (including Marketing, Accounting, and HR) with document production tasks.
- Conduct conflict checks and complete corporate searches.
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, coordinating with vendors as required.
