Responsibilities

· This role will be reporting to SVP and Global CIO

· Managing the CEOs workflow and priorities by managing his schedule, email, filing systems and anticipates next steps and issues.

· Conserves CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence;
drafting letters and documents;
collecting and analyzing information;
initiating telecommunications.

· Maintains CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and domestic and international travel.

· Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries.

· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

· Proactively identifies ways to improve efficiency and efficacy in the leadership team operations and office systems.
