Office Manager/Accounting

This is a fast-paced role, and requires a positive person who can learn and retain how our processes work and is willing to help us improve these processes. Being able to stay focused and motivated to support the team and our customers is key. We are willing to teach and coach. Required functions:

Professionally & courteously handle client inquiries via phone and email

Schedule appointments for Sales Staff, Customers & Sub Contractors

Manage and Maintain JobNimbus CRM & Outlook calendar

Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (5 years' experience Minimum Preferred)
