What You’ll Do
• Manage the company's day-to-day administrative operations, including office facilities, administrative expenses, fixed assets, and employee welfare programmes, to enhance employee experience and engagement.
• Oversee workplace safety, office space planning, and the handling of administrative emergencies and facility-related issues.
• Consolidate and analyse administrative data, prepare annual budgets, and monitor and control administrative expenses.
• Review, streamline, and continuously improve administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
• Liaise with building management, landlords, and external vendors/service providers, ensuring effective communication and maintaining strong working relationships.
