Purpose of Position
The Sales Operations Manager is a broad and hands‑on role that combines sales operations, finance coordination, office management, HR support, and local business operations acting as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, agencies, finance departments, and external suppliers.
Key Tasks
- Supporting billing procedures, invoice‑related requests, credit collection activities, advertiser account balance monitoring, commission reversals, accelerated payments coordination, and network fee controls. Proactive communication with customers with payment overdue.
- Supporting local operational management, including OPEX (monitoring of supplier costs) and accrual control together with the Client Services Director, travel and expense support.
