Job Duties

  • Plan and execute in-person and virtual company events
  • Support People & Talent team recruiting efforts by coordinating and/or scheduling interviews, preparing space for in-office interviews, and serving as the point of contact for new hires
  • Coordinate office catering and act as point of contact to vendors
  • Submit monthly finance reports
  • Assist in preparing materials, notes, context, and information as needed
  • Partner with the People Team to own the employee experience. This may include, but is not limited to, vendor management, admin support for new hire paperwork, catering, general office maintenance and management, ordering supplies, managing deliveries and shipping services, and repair requests
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects with the ability to context shift quickly
