What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating board and committee processes, including agendas, papers and minutes
- Supporting the General Manager and Board with reporting and compliance requirements
- Managing day-to-day office operations, systems and supplier coordination
- Providing high-level administrative support to leadership
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff coordination
- Supervising staff and assisting with performance processes
- Coordinating community meetings, consultations and stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring all communication and interactions are handled in a culturally appropriate manner
