Executive Assistant - Core Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate, integrate, and administer all correspondence from the SVP HR office with a high degree of accuracy, including email, phone, and general correspondence, and deploy streamlined processes to redirect communications to other businesses as needed.
- Manage the SVP’s calendar using an optimized weekly schedule, prioritizing critical meetings and appointments, coordinating with internal departments, stakeholders, and external entities, and handling all travel arrangements.
- Set up meetings, travel, speaking engagements, and other appointments for the SVP with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure the effectiveness of HR communications across the organization, liaising with internal and external parties whose intent is to schedule meetings with the SVP, HR, or any HR Functions Units.
