Responsibilities
- Receiving employee timesheets, verifying working hours and registering them in the head office database.
- Creating employee payrolls that will be sent to the accountant.
- Verifying and approving employee salaries.
- Sending job-related information to employees via email, SMS and Facebook.
- Recruiting new employees by advertising vacancies, conducting interviews with candidates and selecting successful candidates.
- Signing and validating contracts with employees.
- Handling other matters that may arise in the various branches under the supervision and with the advice of the Human Resources Manager.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
