Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain contracts and agreements.
- Assist clients with signing, payment, and fee processing.
- Verify and record payment information to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales and finance departments to track contract progress.
- Handle other daily office tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or above; proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in clerical, administrative, or finance support roles is preferred.
- Able to work 6 days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
- Strong team spirit and good execution skills.
