Responsibilities

  1. Organize, file, and maintain contracts and agreements.
  2. Assist clients with signing, payment, and fee processing.
  3. Verify and record payment information to ensure accuracy.
  4. Coordinate with sales and finance departments to track contract progress.
  5. Handle other daily office tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or above; proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software.
  2. Detail-oriented, responsible, and with strong communication skills.
  3. Prior experience in clerical, administrative, or finance support roles is preferred.
  4. Able to work 6 days a week (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  5. Strong team spirit and good execution skills.
