Khalifah A City is looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. This role requires a friendly, organized and detail‑oriented individual to assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be a team player, capable of working in a fast‑paced environment and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain filing systems and update records when necessary
- Organize office supplies and order new items when needed
- Handle mail, e‑mails and packages
