Office Assistant
Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks.
Requirements: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and basic bookkeeping knowledge. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred but not required. Must be an Indian national fluent in English with a valid biometric passport.
