The Office Assistant serves as the central point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors—ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient office environment.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors, staff, and partners by welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and providing guidance in a professional, friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls through a multi‑line system; route and/or resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate deliveries, building access, and maintenance needs while maintaining security and confidentiality.
- Act as liaison with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Maintain confidentiality of staff, contacts, and office information; elevate office security concerns to the Manager or local senior management.
