We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our busy Financial Services Disputes team in Belfast.
You will have responsibility for the team's administrative requirements and to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and within required timescales.
Your Role
As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for the following;
- To support the fee earners with administrative tasks and action work as delegated by team supervisor
- Filing at regular intervals
- Provide telephone support and deal with client queries in fee earners absence
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
- New client and file opening.
- Conflict checks.
- Booking Client Suite Rooms.
- LandWeb searches.
- Processing Write-offs – WIP and disbursements.
- Checking and circulating Court List.
