Position Overview
The Office Administrator is a key partner in managing the day to day business within the office/s and ensure smooth and efficient office processes.
General Responsibilities
- General office administration
- Prepare time sheets for payroll
- Procurement/source office supplies
- Screen and direct phone calls
- Create and distribute correspondence
- Make travel arrangements and handle expense claims
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external contacts
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a high activity/fast pace environment
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
