Job Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier contracts
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for management
- Customer & Vendor Coordination
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and order processing for scientific instruments and consumables
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and service partners to ensure timely delivery and installation
- Support sales and technical teams in coordinating product demonstrations and client visits
