Responsibilities
The Admin Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day activities and ensures efficient and effective operation of the office. This office will service the administrative and accounting requirements of the company. The key responsibilities include:
- Performs disbursement function for small recurring expenses. This includes receiving bills, preparing voucher, releasing or depositing payment to suppliers, and sending ORs.
- Processing payments for purchases.
- Maintain and manage replenishment of petty cash fund established for payments of office's petty expenses.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in accounting, finance or other related fields. CPA desirable.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Office Management is required in this position.
