Job Scope:
- Front desk duties - handling receiving and dispatching
- Manage and monitor pantry stock
- Familiarity with Coupa - vendor onboarding, raising PR, PO creation, Goods Receipt (GR), and invoice submission for payment processing
- Grants administration - PR/PO processes as above
- Provide logistics support for onsite events and meetings
- General administrative and ad hoc duties as required
- Backup support for Sales Admin colleague
- Fire warden responsibilities
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/front desk/reception experience, preferably within an MNC environment
- Experience in handling procurement and invoicing processes, including PR, PO, Goods Receipt (GR), and invoice submission
