Off-Field Ops Specialist: Store Efficiency & Experience

DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring for a Specialist – Off Field Operations to support store processes and ensure the store is athlete-ready. You will be the go-to expert for inventory accuracy, fulfillment, and seamless operations on the sales floor.

We’re looking for candidates with a High School diploma and 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience who are coachable, reliable, and ready to deliver exceptional athlete experiences while upholding safety and company standards.
