Program Overview
The Catholic District School Board of Eastern Ontario will be offering a Summer Transition Program for students with high needs at the above locations. The goal of this program is to help students transition back to school at the end of the summer.
The program will be held based on sufficient enrollment and dependent on Ministry funding.
