As an ODSP Employment Services Project Assistant, you will be integral to facilitating employment opportunities for clients. Key tasks include intake screenings, client follow-ups, and maintaining detailed records within CRM systems. Your role will also involve supporting team efforts in disability case management and job retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct client eligibility screenings and intake appointments
• Deliver exceptional customer service at front desk reception
• Enter and maintain client data in online systems
• Support outreach to both clients and potential employers
• Assist in facilitating workshops and job fairs
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a similar administrative role
• Experience in community engagement preferred
