OD Strategy & Leadership Architect

PM Consulting is seeking an Organizational Development (OD) Manager to lead initiatives focused on improving organizational structure, capability, and culture. This role involves partnering with business leaders to enhance organizational design and leadership development through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in OD, along with strong facilitation, analytical, and project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is required.
