Key Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for handling Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile tasks.
  • Ability to communicate English, both verbally and in writing with stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, as responsibilities include invoicing and payment collection.
  • Has responsibility for handling daily issue resolutions via email and chat tasks in line with the Client/Process IOP's and ensures quality of service is maintained at all times.
  • Handles concerns through ticketing system similar to case management.
  • Managing and creating receipts and invoice, release of cargo, payment validation.
  • Has accountability for preparation of export/import documentation and submission of the same timely and accurately to stakeholders including OBL (Original Bill of Lading).
  • May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.
