OCD Technical Leader – Azure & MongoDB

RESPONSIBILITIES Own and drive the technical architecture of the OCD platform built on Azure and MongoDB Atlas Define, document, and enforce development standards and best practices Ensure architectural alignment across backend, data, and platform components Review and validate technical designs, code quality, and merge requests Promote high engineering standards through structured technical governance Ensure consistent implementation of CI/CD and development workflows Ensure compliance with non‑functional requirements, including: oPerformance oSecurity oScalability oReliability Proactively identify technical risks and address potential issues early Support UAT phases and production readiness activities (excluding RUN) Work closely with delivery and platform teams to ensure smooth releases Ensure platform stability and technical readiness before go‑live Technically lead and mentor backend and DevOps engineers Guide teams on design decisions, tooling, and best practices Foster a culture...
