As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in patient assessments and care planning while working either independently or within a team. The hybrid model allows personal flexibility to manage your patient load effectively. Help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals, while also mentoring Community Support Workers to enhance the quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and support to Community Support Workers
• Perform patient assessments in various settings
• Develop effective Care Plans aligned with health services
• Work collaboratively on patient outcomes with care teams
• Ensure workplace Health and Safety guidelines are followed
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
