Occupational Therapist Position Minneapolis/Saint Paul

Become an Occupational Therapist with Functional Pathways in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area focused on enhancing patient functional abilities. Engage in screenings, evaluations, and personalized therapy plans.
In this role, you will evaluate residents and develop individual Treatment Plans, ensuring comprehensive rehabilitation services. Quarterly screenings are essential for identifying residents who require therapy, and you will be responsible for supervising the work of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants. Reassessments will happen every 30 days to determine the necessity for ongoing interventions.
