This is an exciting leadership opportunity with the Community Rehabilitation Interdisciplinary Service (CRIS) within Assisted Living Alberta, Specialty Programs. The Occupational Therapist II - Team Lead provides services to adults living in the community with complex rehabilitation needs across three CRIS sites: Mother Rosalie Health Services Centre, Kaye Edmonton Clinic, and Strathcona Community Hospital. Reporting to the Manager, CRIS Program, Assisted Living Alberta, the OT II - Team Lead is responsible and accountable for the planning, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of occupational therapy services within an interdisciplinary model of care. This role provides clinical leadership, mentorship, and operational support to occupational therapists and the broader CRIS team, while maintaining strong communication with management, clinical leaders, and stakeholders.
