Occupational Therapist for Hand Therapy

Employment Status: Permanent Part Time

Hours of Work: Available to work rotating shifts (Monday to Friday, Weekends & Statutory Holidays) - subject to change as per Article HRH 2 – Management Rights

Location: Humber River Health, Hennick Humber Hospital (Wilson)

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Fracture Clinic, Plastics and Surgical Outpatient Clinics

Hourly Rate: $40.36 - $56.30

Responsibilities:

• Providing Occupational Therapy services to the Outpatient Hand Clinic, including both globally funded and WSIB patients.
• Provide appropriate assessment and treatment for referred patients.
• Recording patient assessment, progress and discharge status.
• Recording workload measurement data.
• Work as a member of the health care team regarding services provided.
