Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to work at Luxborough Court School and provide therapeutic support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
• Support educational and residential teams to create clinically informed living and learning environments.
• Provide consultation, workshops, training and guidance to staff.
• Develop and implement individualised interventions based on assessment and formulation.
• Act as a model, guide, leader and trainer within the multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to clinical development programmes.
