Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain TKE OSH policies, programmes, and management systems for the Central Region, ensuring alignment with company requirements and driving measurable continuous improvement across safety, health, and quality.
- Develop, revise, and administer health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including identifying and communicating new legislation as it arises.
- Perform work in all workplace types — maintenance, repair, modernisation, new installation, and construction — ensuring adherence to company and legislative requirements.
- Conduct hazard assessments and job safety analyses in both field and office environments.
- Investigate incidents and near misses, determine root causes, prepare recommendations for corrective and preventive actions, and ensure implementation.
