This role requires developing and managing effective OHS programs while engaging staff in safety training and compliance. Candidates with a passion for health and safety, combined with coaching skills and at least two years of OHS experience, will thrive in this progressive and growing family-owned company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and train staff on OHS principles and practices
• Develop and implement effective safety programs
