Provide health care services to all employees and contractors at Gerdau's Manitoba Mill, Recycling and Bradley locations.
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Health & Safety Manager, you are in daily contact with managers, supervisors, administrative staff, hourly employees, contractors, union representatives and safety captains regarding injuries, first aid treatment, annual hearing tests, wellness initiatives (including EAP), first aid kit supplies and Disability Management issues.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Support and administer the Disability Management program including return‑to‑work coordination and WCB processes/reporting.
- Hearing conservation program and medical screenings.
- Deliver health education and promote preventative care initiatives.
