What this job involves:
JLL is hiring an experienced facilities management professional to lead the occupancy planning and move management strategy for a prominent energy sector client across its portfolio. This role will be critical in building an exceptional relationship with the client and serving as a key contact. We will rely on your expertise to optimize space, drive process improvements and manage complex relocations while providing financial oversight to this area.
You will provide a boots on the ground perspective to the facilities management team and client for all move activities, and ensures quality service delivery and acts as an effective change agent.
This role requires being on-site at the client's office (downtown) 5 days/week.
