Observability Engineer (AppDynamics and Splunk)

As an Observability Engineer (AppDynamics and Splunk), you will be responsible for delivering enterprise observability solutions for customers by designing, deploying, configuring, integrating, and optimizing Cisco AppDynamics and Splunk platforms. You will work closely with customer application, infrastructure, operations, security, and service management teams to provide end‑to‑end monitoring, logging, alerting, dashboards, and operational visibility for business‑critical services.

In this role, you will participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, go‑live, and operational handover. You will also support pre‑sales activities by conducting customer workshops, proof‑of‑concepts (POCs), technical demonstrations, and solution validation exercises to help position observability solutions effectively.
