Job Description

You manage the in-house operations in the Empresa confidencial Digital Services Center to ensure impeccable service delivery that satisfies service level agreements and meets productivity and efficiency targets, emphasizing timely, accurate and complete transaction handling and excellent customer care.

How you will contribute

DevOps Delivery and Transformation

• Drive end-to-end DevOps delivery for large-scale O9-planning digital transformation by managing environments, fostering collaboration, and implementing continuous improvement.
• Integrate global scale using simplified and standardized processes and technologies across the O9 solution.

Release Management and Governance

• Lead and govern the O9 Release strategy, establishing standards for built-in quality and reusability, while managing the CI/CD pipeline and overseeing strategic partner delivery.
